Terms of Service
General Terms
I will draw:
- Fanart
- Original characters/personas
- Minor injury/gore
- Furries/animals (not my expertise so ask for details)
- Mild NSFW/Suggestive
I will NOT draw:
- Real life people
- Explicit NSFW/fetishes
- Extreme gore/body horror
- Anything else I am not comfortable drawingProcess
- I have the right to turn down any commissions or requests
- Visual references are required (the more detailed the better!)
- 1-2 revisions are available at the sketch and flat color stage
- Commissions may take up to one month to completePayment
- Payments are accepted through Ko-Fi only
- Full payment is upfront
- All prices are listed in USDRefund and cancellation
- No refunds unless I’m unable to complete
the commission or I haven’t started yetUsage and creator rights
- Commissions are for personal use only
- Selling commission artwork is not allowed
- Do not use commission artwork for NFTs or AI in any way, shape, or form
- Crediting me when posting is not required, but appreciated
- I retain the right to post commission artwork on social media, but if you wish to keep the artwork private for a certain time period or indefinitely, please let me know before the commission is completed
